Chairman and CEO, Phillip Clark is the driving force behind the firm’s continued growth and success. In addition to firm management responsibilities, Mr. Clark directs many of our challenging and high-profile civil, environmental, engineering and/or planning assignments where communication, administration and consensus-building skills, as well as design experience, are essential. With an educational background in civil engineering and transportation planning, Mr. Clark is fully aware of the impact that projects can have on the surrounding community, promoting public health and economic development. This understanding and belief in the value of quality design makes him a trusted resource to his clients and to Clark Patterson Lee.

Some of Mr. Clark’s noteworthy accomplishments include his work as Project Director for the Monroe County Water Authority East Side Water Project, the award-winning Genesee County Water Supply System and Monroe County Mill Seat Landfill. In his free time, Mr. Clark can be found at Oak Hill, a landmark golf course located in Rochester, NY, or involved in community activities.
