Clark Patterson Lee is working with the City of Greenville to create a flexible, manageable redevelopment strategy for the Haywood Road area. The lead consultant on a multi-firm design team, Clark Patterson Lee is working with city leaders, merchants, property owners and area stakeholders to redefine this area's role in the region and establish it as a sustainable, walkable "uptown" area that is both a regional destination and a wonderful place to live, shop, work and play.
